Well-Known Fanatic
I have a super all stainless Colt Mustang that has been worked over by Accurate Iron.
It sports Novak sights and has been professionally sighted in. (Untouched, Novaks are known for making Mustangs shoot about 14" LOW at 10 yds) The front sight is dovetailed, serrated and painted blaze orange, making for a very nice contrast with the twin dots on the rear Novak sight. You won't confuse which dot goes where with this set up.
The feed ramp has been polished, making a reliable gun even more so.
The frontstrap has been treated to a medium/high aggressive texture for a solid, no shift grip while the backstrap has been lightly addressed to a velvet texture. Enough to anchor it into your hand, but not enough to abrade clothing. It's "just right."
As an added small touch, the original BLUE grip screws have been replaced with stainless hexhead screws.
It comes with one Colt brand stainless magazine, but two more are available. One is a blue Colt, the other a stainless Mec-Gar (I think) that has a Pachmayr type base pad. All three run great in this gun.
It also comes with a KyTac BraveHeart holster. It molds into the safety, allowing safe cocked and locked carry.
I've fired maybe 100 rds thru this, so I'll say less than 250. It never missed a beat.
$795 cash, face to face in Edmond. (I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone without explanation)
