This type of carry interests me for long car trips, and because my right SI joint acts up sometimes with 4 o’clock carry. Anyone with experience care to share their thoughts on it?

Interested also, not liking the idea of appendix carry (my physical size+I like my package) so this sounds like a possibility.

For a long car ride I would look at an ankle rig or car mounted holster that you could then transfer you gun back to strong side Carry when you exit the vehicle.

Crossdraws are great for sitting, but once you stand up they print terribly.

I love my Andrews leather car jacker special in the car. It snaps off when I get to where I'm going and then I transition back to my hip.

Simply rugged makes some crossdraw pancake style holsters.
