Coupled AR Mags in a Match

Looking through the FNH stages and I see a mandatory reload for the Rifle on a stage. Figured I would post up the question of if it would be quicker to do the mandatory reload with a coupled magazine or pull one from the belt? I figure I have a month or so to work on the magazine change using the coupled magazines.

It is mandatory to have coupled mags at FNH. I like the Springer Precision coupler.

It works as a nice stable base when shooting prone as well.
