Jesse Here is a Fraken625 I use for USPSA

Jesse it is as ChrisC stated. It positions the grip in the same spot when drawing. I am experimenting with the palmswell, (the light green in color silly putty). I am checkiing to see if it gives more control when we have the Strong hand only shooting. The one on the back is for freestyle as it gives me more control of side to side movement. I use the epoxy that is two piece that you must knead to activate and can be modified after it has set up. You may want to try when you see me at a match in the safe area to get an idea of what I am actually talking about. And Scott my cat did the art work on my 625 not the dog. My dog would have covered the entire grip. :lol: later rdd

my silhouette revolver. Ruger SBH. No mods other than the hooded front sight and Hogue grips. Since I'm shooting in revolver class, I'm keeping it stock, other than a trigger job in the future for it....

I have rifles with shorter barrels than those.

Where does a guy find out what all the frame designations mean? I don't even know what my 625 is considered??? :blink:

J = small frame, mostly snubbies, use a coil mainspring.

K = medium frame like model 66, mostly .38 / .357.

L = larger than K, used for the 686 size guns (.357)

N = Large frame, used for the model 27/28 .357 and the Dirty Harry (model 19) .44 mag

and X frame...

and Dirty Harry carried a 29.

Well of course, the X frame!!

My bad, the 1 is really close to the 2.

I know what you're thinking, punk. You're thinking "did he fire six shots or only five?" Now to tell you the truth I forgot myself in all this excitement. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and will blow you head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself a question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?
