Well I must say those are sexy looking but my ugly Rolling Thunder works great and the SJC while a bit cooler looking works rather well also. Be nice to have a touch more info on these, with the machine or EDM work I'm thinking affordable is not going to be there.
I couldn't make out the names either, if someone can see please post and we can check them out. Later,
sorry for leaving you guys hanging. I took this pic at the Hornady Zombie shoot in Grand Island, NE. It's from Sandhills Research Inc. and yes Titanium, it's called the Raptorbrake? http://www.facebook....ndhillsResearch Sceptical at first since what i'm reading online is that comps are like Kool aid, everyone has their favorite flavor. The thing that drew me to it was the quick release threading, you put that rod in and you crank it 45 degrees then you can unscrew it by hand. I don't own any comps yet but I plan to pick one up since they're local to me. plan to try it out against a rolling thunder or titan and a miculek since its very affordable and i shot one on my buddies' dpms 3g1. I've been buying up stuff to build an upper but was/am still stuck on a first comp. I'm sure that price on alexander is because they were one offs, Parker (the guy who makes them) said something along the lines of $160 (still pricey for a comp but whatever, i'm sure i'll forget how much i paid after a couple months go by...unless it sucks). He is also letting me come down to anno mine!
the marketing got me since i'm in the AF (F-22, "Raptor")
they also have a gas block but ugh, isn't that another can of worms in itself?
hope mods won't mind, but i threw up the spec sheets for those w/o facebook
