What I fail to understand is this. Semi Automatic Carbines and hi-cap magazines are responsible for about 1% of the shootings in this country. How is an AWB supposed to save us all from violence again? I mean, I have yet to see a gang banger walk down the street with an AR-15 and Beta mag in his pants.
