Anyone had a trust setup through silencercos easy trust? Its cheap like $125 and I havent talked to anyone or found any negative review yet on it. Ive talked to maybe 6 or 7 ppl who are all very happy.... but would like to hear first hand experience from anyone on here. Also, we are gonna pickup a couple cans and I was wondering what a good modular can is? Something that maybe has different end caps for different calibers and threads (i think i have seen these but cant remember who makes them). We have .458 socom and then .30 call and down. Thanks for any info.

There are a few of them out there. The bad thing I see is that they are taking a form that was setup for fairly cheap with standard wording and then charging a whole heck of alot for it. IMHO these trusts should cost no more than fifty bucks but I still paid for one anyway and will never do so again now that I have a copy. Having an attorney set it all up is better but from my understanding there have been very few trusts (even the home made using cheapo forms) ever really have issues since it requires SOMEONE to actually say hey that is wrong and challenge it in court. From what I was reading this rarely happens since only the members of the trust and the ATF actually see the paperwork and care about what is on it, the dealer would probably like to just rubber stamp it so they can make the sale.

Anyway to the silencerco trust from what I have heard is they have a couple schedules that are attached to the trust that pretty much end up listing every firearm you have added into the trust and must be sent in every time you do paperwork. The one I went with was this one https://www.guntrustguru.com/since forms are also added for adding and removing co-trustees when you see fit, so if a friend or relative would like to borrow something they can be added on for a set time or permenantely and removed should you change your mind. It starts the trust with a single dollar bill that is attached to the trust, this is because you can not have a trust with nothing in it and a single dollar bill is simple, cheap and does not require a bunch of serial numbers on a form that must be sent in as a part of the trust. Here is a little reading on some of that http://www.myguntrust.com/schedule-a-question.html

Anyway not a lot I can help out with on picking a can but I have looked at the YHM Phantom series http://yhm.net/stainless-30-cal-q-d-phantom-m3.htmland since they have brakes and flash hiders that are able to be mounted and left on multiple weapons it would be easy to slip the can off one and onto another without removing the existing flash hider or brake. If I ever have the money to do so that will be the one I look towards or something very like it.

Check out Silencershop.com they have a couple of "hybrid" silencers that are multiple caliber capable which have different sized end caps and mounting options.

I ordered a Saker K from them because of the modularity of the mounting system. I can have a quick attach trifecta flash hider/muzzle brake mounted or I can get a direct thread mount, or an aac 51 tooth etc. Just switch out the end cap and go.

If you want 458 and want a multi caliber can, get the SilencerCo Hybrid. I have sold several and this thing is rated up,to 300 winmag and .45-70. You can change the mounts, make it direct thread and even use it on a pistol.

As for the trust, I have seen copies of the ones used with Silencershop and SilencerCo used with equal success. I have also seen the larger attorney written trusts perform just as well. I have only seen one paid for trust that was poorly written and if messaged, I can find the author of it so you can avoid it.

As for the schedule of items, you only need to send it in if the trust lists a schedule. It only needs to list the items the trust owns and is only updated after the form 4 is approved and item is transferred.
