It didn't save me! He did knock the infraction down a notch though. But I was going a bit faster too, I got it slowed down to about 89 before he zapped my radar detector.

He approached at my passenger door and saw my gun. I handed him my SDA and DL and he looked at the SDA and said "I can already see your carrying, thanks".

I was doing 85 in a 65 in Osage county with not another car on a straight road. Topped a slight hill, and got zapped. Caught it in the radar detector, got it shut down to 72.

He noted the speed/capture speed, and said he was just going to ticket me for the captured speed. I commented my reaction time was slowing down, but didn't get a smile. CCW card presented.

Later on in his car, the printer went nuts, and spewed all the paper all over the cruiser until it ran out. I was thinking cool, (not gonna get the ticket), but he still made out a manual one.
Anyway we visited about green lasers, went on my way.

Second try with the Elijah Craig. Much better without the ice. Found it a home away from teen boys, even if one is an infantryman.

Elijah Craig is good stuff. Almost always neat for me, maybe a single ice cube sometimes. Seems not many know about it but it's a good lesser known bourbon. I used to have a liquor store order it in for me back when I drank a lot of whiskey. After they started ordering it in it became a regular stock item as it sold really well. It's a Tennessee whisky and not bourbon, but George Dickel was one of my favorites as well.

It's not nearly as cute, or small, when they are 17. But they still proud of it!
