I like to think I'm a master of tacos. Chicken, steak or pork, they're awesome. Try below for a marinate for skirt/flank steak or chicken thighs that make awesome tacos. Put in the marinade in the morning and grill for dinner. I make my own tortillas as well, both corn and flour. Tacos, Mexican rice, beans and fresh pico and I'm in heaven. For carnitas I cook in lard. Steak and chicken get grilled then sliced.
