In this case, the local LEA and FBI employees screwed up. Trash in, trash out. What kind of system can prevent that, other that BAN ALL GUN SALES.

So the ATF gave guns to drug cartels. The FBI gave guns to church shooters. These guys aren't really making a good case for why the rest of us should turn in our guns and rely on the government to protect us.
