Alright... I'll order the Warren sights for my g34. Any suggestion on higher or lower front sight? They have 2 options... One for 6 o'clock hold and second option to cover point of impact with front dot.

Also, I'm thinking of setting my g19 up for concealed carry and may shoot that gun some in the future at the matches. Any suggestions on sights for it... Knowing that it will be my concealed daily carry gun?

I appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

I have 4 sets of the Dawson fiber front with plain black adjustable rear. Mike Cyrwus can order them for you and install them too.

This was a great match tonight. I like David's setup, and he's an interesting fellow to watch coordinate and change things up on the spot. At least he seems to do that. The 1911 was super fast, and I was somewhat sloppy. In my rush to see how fast the gun would shoot, I made some newbie mistakes and missed some easy shots. But the test is over.
 
This was awesome!!! Imuss a great time and met some nice folks. I had no idea how much fun this would be or how much adrenaline would be flowing. As soon as the timer went off... I would take off like a racehorse. As a newbie shooting my first match, I went way too fast. I need to slow down and place my shots a little more carefully... But I took my first steps last night and now I can begin working on learning from my mistakes and improving from here. Thanks to David E. and the ROs, scorekeepers, etc. for putting on a great match!!!

I'll be back...

it was nice meeting a bunch of new shooters.... i think everyone needs a nametag that says "my name on boomer shooter is _______"
 
My first Match! WOW what a blast. Haven't had butterflies in the stomach like that in a very long time. Now I fully understand all the talk about muscle memory, cause when the buzzer went off and I began I couldn't tell ya what I did technique wise, it just happened.

Great to meet fellow Shooters and forum members.

I'm still pumped!
