Carrygun Match at Heartland

That's one great thing about having two of these matches. You can approach each one from a totally different direction so you can get the most out of it each time.

One thing about the lowlightcstage was that few people have shot their gun in low light. It was an illuminating experience for many ;)

It showed how well their chosen gun fit them...or didn't

Also, how to verify your sights in the muzzle flash. (some had more flash than others!)

I liked the low light stage!

Who is shooting the match again with me? What gun are you gonna use? Same A's last time or different?

I'm going to H&H this weekend, and then I'll be here next weekend with my PT92 unless I can get my M&P before then.

Be sure to testfire that combo before the match.

We had fun with you after the match when you asked about it, but I've seen cases where the Glock would fire a shot on each pull AND release of the trigger. That might be cool if you're expecting it, but not so much if you're not.

What about a stage where downloading the mags is required? So that you get to slide lock and have to reload from there? Because shooting Hi-cap really never reload from slide lock, I think that would be more interesting.

I have holsters molded up. If you're after the gun itself, Heartland can get a new one in hot you. Accurate Iron might have something already worked on.

Me too! I shot slow but I was fairly accurate for me. I think I'm gonna try to step the speed up a bit this time with my new Kytac holster!

It's ready, by the way........

I'm going to change out the IPSC targets for the "people" targets for the low light stage. Seems to make more sense.

I just picked this little gem up for the low light stage. I will let anybody use it that wants to.

Of course it can only be used for scoring the targets.
