Cannot add my avatar

I use photobucket.......I select the url for the photo I wish to add and the system will not accept the url I use........Any help would be appreciated...(the size of the photo is wihin the requried size limits).

Perhaps the file size is too big- maximum size is 6.00 Kib. Check that out and see what happens!
