Camping for shootzenfest

Well its not SHTF time but it is planning time for shootzenfest.
Where are the camping facilitied nearest to therange. Any suggestions for camping in this area?

The range is on National Forest property. I know there are some camping grounds not that far away...but, I am not a camper...You need to look into the National Forest website. They have all the campgrounds listed, and directions...

It doesn't matter if you enjoy primitive camping or RVing, you can find a spot on the Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests. Camping is allowed only in developed campgrounds and in designated primitive sites on all ranger districts except the Andrew Pickens. This policy, developed in the early 1970s, reduces conflicts and provides greater safety during the hunting seasons, and reduces littering. Individuals desiring to camp outside these areas may apply for a free permit from the local district office. Camping is allowed on the Andrew Pickens District without a permit. Groups of fewer than 75 people may camp in a campground. Groups of more than 75 require a special-use permit in either a campground or undesignated area. Groups of any size camping in undesignated areas will need a permit except on the Andrew Pickens Ranger District. Campfire permits are not required. However, please check with the local district office about fire conditions. The only campground that offers electrical hook-ups is Buck Hall, located on the Francis Marion. Some of our other campgrounds can handle RVs, but could be a little tight in some places. These include Cherry Hill and Whetstone on the Andrew Pickens, Parson's Mountain Recreaton Area, Lick Fork Lake Recreation Area, and Fell Camp on the Long Cane, and Woods Ferry Recreation Area on the Enoree. The Enoree and Long Cane districts of the Sumter National Forest offer both seasonal and year-round camping opportunities. The seasonal camps have few amenities. The Woods Ferry Recreation Area, Fell Camp and Brick House Campground allow extended stay use. Most camping areas require fees.

Ok, so the wife is leaning toward a hotel stay. What is the closest place to stay?

Places in Mt. Pleasant would maybe be the closest, or, maybe in Moncks Corner...

From Mt. Pleasant it is a ride up Highway 41...From Moncks Corner it isn't all that far, either...

You can google map it. From Moncks Corner go to Jamestown and then S.E. on Highway 41.
