Nice, but there is a lot more crap starting on July 1st. The fight never stops. But we can't stop, that's what they want. The Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) was a major factor in this ruling. Thet deserve our support. They are on top for many of the rulings in our favor.

Well, the mag ban got this far too, and then was appealed up to the en banc 11 judge panel, who upheld the ban.
This will follow the same course.
En banc review in the 9th is something like 50 out of 50 for upholding GUN CONTROL!
So it will be up to the SUPREMES, eventually.
