Not sure how I feel about Wilshire Gun Club selling alcohol.

I think of done responsibly this can be an interesting development. I know I have gone out to have a drink or two after being on the range. Figure out a way to prevent access to the range after entering the bar whether you drink or not and they will be fine.

Haven't heard when it might open, but did see an interview with one of the co-owners recently.
She said that your ID will be scanned at each venue within the store. If you order an alcoholic beverage in the restaurant, the ID will be tagged, and you won't be allowed into any of the shooting areas even as a spectator for the rest of the day.

Yes, they got approved last week or so according to their fb page. They are supposed to be on the today show soon, doubt it will be a friendly story, but they seem excited for it. No such thing as bad publicity as they say. I hope they do well. Could always use more ranges, especially ones that are friendly to the shooting community.

So, what happens if a person gets pulled over and has a firearm in the car?

Let's say the person gets a DUI and is arrested, car impounded etc.

(I don't drink, so to me this is a valid question.)

Really though, who is going to go to the gun club to get their drink on? I mean it's like going to Charlestons to get a pitcher and wings and watch tv...it's just not going to be that kind of customer base.
