I agree however know this, canned Boiled peanuts are like canned anything, mushy in the shell.If you want a fast way to try them, they are sold in cans at grocery stores with the brand name of Peanut Patch.

I'm going to be the one that says I don't like them. Wife doesn't either. Tastes like a pinto bean to us and we love roasted/salted peanuts. Like pinto beans too, but the boiled are not for us. We've tried them at several locations while on our winter tour of the SE part of the country in the RV. Just left Charleston South Carolina, currently in Helen Georgia.

There's a guy down in Oak Island, NC on the beach strip that sells "D's Nutz" I might have to stop in and try some when I'm down there in a week or so. I don't remember the last time I had some to be honest.
