I have never owned one. They always look really sweet! The one thing I do know us that they sponsor a bunch of 3 gun matches a d a bunch if shooters I call friends. I support that type of company as often as I can.

Black Rain sucks ass. Just alot of fancy ass graphics and B.S. not worth your 2000 bucks. get a knight, noveske, Larue, LMT, Legion or DD instead. if you need further convincing go to bass pro and look at them they have them in stock. TRASH......

Just wondering what qualifies an AR-15 for 'sucking ass', just because they hydro dip their recievers or bass pro sells them?

I like the "fancy ass graphics" and the milled receiver look. Congrats on getting your rifle.
Hopefully this squid will be able to make tomorrows 3 gun and impress us with shooting skills
or least have a bedazzled lower that he saved thousands on.

I love Black Rain simply because they support 3 gun and have a 3 gun team. I have never shot one of their rifles but several if my buddies on team black rain like them.

Sounds like this squid is a member of that other board we don't speak of and got confused by commenting on someones stuff in a negative manner. NOW since Mr. squid has commented so negative on this Black Rain rifle I'd like to hear the reasons they are trash? not some article from a magazine I'd like to hear the hardcore facts of why these rifles suck ass as I build my own and have no idea BUT I'd like to have the facts so I don't make a purchase just to find out I bought something that sucks ass. In a world filled with Politically Correct articles written by people who are given handouts or paid by the company whose product they are reviewing wouldn't it be nice if someone could call it like it is? It was not my intention to insult your rifle I was simply trying to give you a heads up since you ordered it and have not actually taken it home. Alas it seems that alot of people are butt hurt by the truth. So as i mentioned before take a trip down and check it out for yourself. I think you will see that the quality of their work is not what you would expect for that much of your hard earned money. look at the fit and finish of the rifle, upper and lower fit, machining scrapes / scratches, feel the safety selector switch and see how sticky it is. maybe give the trigger a feel while your at it. Go take a gander at one and maybe you will decide to cancel your order and go with something else or maybe you will get lucky and get a good one. Let us know which way you go and how it turns out. Hope it turns out well for you.

Chris Andetsen won a $2k+ custom Black Rain ordnance zombie gun. Those guns have a bunch of cool flashy stuff like laser etching and logos engraved everywhere but I have to agree the trigger was terrible!

As much as I appreciate their sponsorship at that match and as much as I respect the guys on their shooting team, I have to say that the safety on that prop gun was turrible and should have never left the factory if it was intended to advertise their wares.
