best shotgun barrel type, sight, and choke for 3 gun

So, a little lesson learned about shotguns on spinners. Improved Cylinder with Remington Express Long Range #6 load can get it over with one shot. That was cool.

Now I have another option for chokes. Briley offers a Light Full choke for the VM Pro Bore series. It's right between IM and Full. Is there a benefit in having this type of constriction that anybody can see?

You can usually get away with D, IC/LM, F. I run my IM or F about once a year. LF would fit in the same category as IM or F. You can use either but you will rarely if ever use it.

Okay. I have the IC and that worked well for knockovers and the spinner at close range. Maybe giving myself too many choices will be too much of a temptation to switch out for no reason or to clutter the bottom of my range bag even further. I'll get a Mod and be done. Pisses me off that the VM uses a different choke tube than the normal Rem chokes. I was looking forward to playing with my EF choke on my poppers.
