Has anyone tried using suspenders on their 3 gun belt setup? When I'm loaded with shells, mags, and pistol, it gets pretty heavy and I already have it so thight I think it's gonna cut me in two. Sadly, my body configuration isn't conducive to a loaded down belt and I would prefer not to have my pants hit the ground if I need to run.

Not really. I'm thinking something that my outer belt passes through, but is supported both sides by shoulders. May fabricate something myself. But it has me thinking, how cool would it be to come up with something a person could clip a chest rig on for shotshells? Then remove if not needed. I'm not wanting to be ATAS, just don't want to lose my pants.

I used to watch a lot of COPS. There was an agency back in the upper north west that their guys all had suspenders to help keep them from doing the "Deputy Bob" lift and adjust every time they got out of a car.

A lot of guys on our teams use suspenders to hold up their "war belts". ATS, an "x" set and an "h" set that have a great reputation for comfort and durability. On skdtac.com you can get a set of suspenders from HSGI and Emdom, both great companies.

More funny because it's sadly appropriate. Not how I want to become a YouTube sensation. Lol!

Doc (who resembles a human pear) can sympathize with the need to keep up the tweeds while running (well, shuffling as fast as I can).
