AR slings

Ok as some of you know there is a good chance that when this AR gets completed it could be seeing some 3-gun matches, I would like to ask about slings, most I have see seem to be some sort of single point and attached to the buttstock area. When I spoke with Kevin about ordering my buttstock he ask if I would be using an AK clip or the 1 1/4" web? truth I have no freakin' idea! I told him the 1 1/4" web from just a guess.

When is the next 3-gun at the OKC Gunclub? I'm thinking I need to get out there and check some of the stuff out! I hope the doc releases me to drive tomorrow as I'm about to wear the keys out on this computer and my recliner I feel has a permanent indention of my butt forming :blink: I'm sick of looking at the inside of my walls!

I'd like to meet up with and pick your brains if you don't mind, most of it would involve shotguns but I guess if I'm going to think about trying this 3-gun out I should get to know some of you so I can get pointed the right direction if you don't mind that is? Later,

Thanks for the link Chris, I'll go check it out. I saw a DIY sling over on AR15.com and when I get out and find an Ace I think I'm going to purchase some goodies and see what happens :blink: I've got a mess of free time on my hands these days. Later,
