AR-15 Uppers?

Which AR-15 upper is preferred for 3 gun? I am starting to work on the lower that I bought from Sierra 1 Gun Works. I would like to have a double duty,,,,,,3 gun and a varmint rifle. What do you think?

my understanding is build your own. seems like a rifle length lightweight barrel (pencil barrel) JP adjustable gas block, rifle length gas tube, and carbon fiber forearm. You should also add on the baddest, loudest comp you can get your hands on.
