I just wonder how well this knife is made for such a low price?

I also refuse to buy a knife that's not made in USA. I've been disappointed in a number of companies that I thought were making their knives here, only to discover that many well known makers are having their knives made in Taiwan or China. I recommend companies like Medford, Microtech, Spartan and if you don't mind making an investment for extreme quality, Chris Reeve. Microtech and Spartan Blades are located here in NC...excellent knives.Look pretty good, but I am on a "made in the USA" kick right now.
I read their "about" page. Their knives are made in Taiwan and China. That nixed them for me.I just wonder how well this knife is made for such a low price?
