Anyone grilling!?!

If you're doing any grilling, post pictures...cause I'm always hungry in the summer time for a food cooked on the grill!

We travel in the RV a lot so get opportunities to fish a lot of different locations and specie.
Grilled Louisiana redfish on the half shell last night with blackened seasoning.
Amazing dish.

Grilling? Such as slow cooked salmon on cedar planks, on a classic Weber Kettle?

Man, I never grilled fish on my Weber, I will soon tho.

I want to throw some chicken, red potato salad, or a pineapple salad.

Some fish do well on the grill, and some not so much.
Real flaky fish like crappie will just fall apart when trying to get them off. Stripers, redfish, speckled trout and catfish will hold together good enough to grill.

I grilled some mini sliders from Sam's Club last night with some bacon.

I made some homemade blue cheese...bacon, burgers, blue cheese, yum!
