Love, love my Ruger SR9C, but not wild about the sites. Has anyone changed the sites on there SR9C and if so, what do you recommend? Would love to hear about any aftermarket sites you have experience with on this gun. Thanks.

I know you asked for experience with aftermarket sights on that particular gun (which I don't have), but I do have experience with the TruGlo TFO sights on a Glock 17 and they were phenomenal. Fiber optic for day use and Tritium for night. They're a little pricey, but if they have a set that will fit the SR-Series pistols, they're well worth the money. They were exceptional on the Glock I had and I'd put them on any gun I own without hesitation. Unfortunately, they don't make them for the gun I got to replace my Glock so I'm not able to run them anymore.

Give them a try. I don't know if they're available for the SR-Series or not.

I have some experience with Meprolights as well and they're good. I just love the TFOs.

Thanks for the info. I will look into those. Here seem to be so many. Thanks again.

I didn't change them out. This is my carry gun and I'm happy with the sights right now. I did add the Crimson Trace Laser to the front. The actuator button is on the grip so you instinctively squeeze it when you pull it. I thought about changing the sights when I first bought the gun but after shooting several hundreds of rounds through it I decided I liked them. Great pistol. :D
