anybody want me to test any gear?

i will have a prime survival/sustainability opportunity to test gear in a couple of weeks. it will see 4 days of use.

things that i wouldn't mind testing

:
headlamp

sleeping pad

chest rig with 4-5 ar/ couple pistol mag pouches. maybe a couple flashlight /multitool pouches.

a aimpoint/eotech would be cool

sling

even some night vision since we are going to be doing a lot of night time fighting.

keep in mind that this will be a simunition use event. i have an ar lower and they use whole uppers for the sim conversion, but they are flattop and mine uses a carry handle sight; so i am left w/o any optics.

if you have anything else that needs testing just let me know ;D

I have an older military style harness with 4 mag pouches on the chest, a couple smaller pouches in the midsection and attachment points for a backpack or hydration pack on the back. If you would like to use it, your free to. Only problem is I am in Stillwater and have no way to get it to you in time unless You and Taymoor will be attending the same matches before and after your course.

Also, its a little small, because i've brought up all the straps as far as they can go to fit my 5'5",slender frame.

I'd also look into making one of these if your not going to be packing any mre's with you, it takes up about the same space as a dip can and a small bottle of alchohol can be used to dissenfect any cuts as well as fuel; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beverage-can_stove

Also, go to a camping store and get a filtration/santitation survival straw.

i think i am just going to order a skd rig though.

yeah,i have a pepsi can stove already, but i think i will use my msr pocket rocket for a stove and mountain house. also have a katadyn pocket filter.
