Hello ladies and gents,

Just moved from Houston to OKC (thank God).

In Houston I shot IDPA casually with a CZ P-01. emphasis on casually.

Up here the game seems to be USPSA or 3 gun. So Im not sure what im gonna do yet.

I travel a lot for work, but I am hoping to checkout the OKC Gun Club soon.

I don't have a rifle for 3 gun so for the time being in going to try to grab some more mag carriers and try USPSA as time permits.

I just started reloading before the move so I am learning that aswell.

My other interest include: Cigars/Pipes, Scotch, Motorcycles, computer/PS4 gaming. Learning to golf but that's a disaster.

Nice to meet all of you.

Anyone want go shooting or play golf in the OKC area let me know, got zero acquaintances up here.

welcome aboard.
There's a USPSA match this weekend at OKCGC, come out & shoot

There's a match just about every weekend somewhere here in Oklahoma...just look around the match announcements here on BS and you'll find plenty to do. This weekend is a great match to shoot or watch come on out.

Welcome to Oklahoma and Boomer Shooter!

It's different every time, I always bring 200, but usually 150 rounds is plenty for me.

P.S. welcome to BoomerShooter!

Welcome to the party! You will make a bunch of friends at the OKCGC USPSA match. They average about 80 shooters per month.

Bump from a year ago.

my job has been busy and i havent made it to a shoot yet.

bought a house in Midwest City and things are starting to settle down.

Hope to give this another run and start attending matches this fall or spring depending on winter schedule.

Is there anyone that would help a first time builder install an AR Barrel?. I just moved and dont have a bench or vise yet (or an upper reciever clamp)

PM me if you are so inclined and have a vice and clamp i could use. I know its asking alot.

Thanks

If you're ever in Guthrie bring it along. I've got the tools.

I'd highly recommend buying the tools though as once you start building guns you really never stop.
