I received an email from Quickshot Shooting Range - Charleston about an ammo special they were running. They advertised 9mm, 38 special, 5.56, and 22mag bulk ammo.

-9mm was federal 115gr. 1000rds for $300
-38 Special was federal 130gr. 1000rds for $360
-5.56 was federal lake city 55gr. 500rds for $250
-22mag was hornady 30gr. 500rds for $125

They said they had limited quantities, so I thought I would pass along the info. Their number is 843-225-2868.

I am not trying to raise any eyebrows, but.....I was the second person to buy a membership to the range at Quickshot.............In the year I was a member I never got an e-mail - phone call - or anything else...

It just hit me kind of funny that now they are sending out emails.....Oh well....guess it takes a year to figure out what it takes to keep customers coming back....

Sorry that you never received any emails, or were never contacted about anything the range had going on. Like I told the other guys, Im the General manager up here trying to fixed things such as this. In order to improve the Charleston location. If you PM me Ill be sure to enter your email into our database and send you emails.

The last trip to your range, I was told my membership had expired....I paid like $30.00 for me and a friend...I had told him the range was free for him because of my membership.

I feel that I should have at least been notified of my membership expiring...Kind of left a bad taste...if you know what I mean...

I ask if there was any incentive for joining for another year...I was told I could use the range for 12 months. That should have been enough.

Steve

Sorry that you had that experience. I'm here to correct issues such as that. I can't go back and erase the wrong but I can try to fix it. Have you been back to the range since then?

I went to Quickshot here once with my brother in law. It is a Nice place. No offense but I must say don't see paying the rather high yearly fee or hourly rate when i can go go to the forest and shoot for free or to a couple of other indoor ranges here in Chas, pay no more than $8 to shoot all I want and then shop at their full service gun store.

Just saying

Welcome to The Forum. You may have noticed we are protective of our sponsors and know many of them personally. I haven't been to Quick Shot because I live on the other end of "Too Far". You may want to consider being a sponsor, as well. We try to support all our sponsors and let them know we appreciate their support. As for the prices listed, that's business. You price your products as you see fit and the market will provide the feedback.
We have some great people on The Forum who are from every corner of this state and several other states. Hope you continue to participate.

Dave

Thanks for welcoming me to the forum. I glad to see that you guys take care of your own and once again sorry to those i offended. I hope to continue participating in the forum and not only to sell things but to learn and provide some knowledge that I have as well.

We received more of the Federal 5.56 ammo in 500rd cases so we've dropped the price to $225 including tax.

QSBandit,

I am going to ask that you become a sponsor of the forum. You keep advertising products for sale as a business and not any type of personal items. It is only fair to myself and the other sponsors that you become a sponsor to advertise your products and business.

You are not involved in any communication with anyone here except to advertise. I believe none of us that do sponsor will have any problem with you advertising after sponsorship. That is what it is about. And the group here is a good one.

I will ask that any future advertising stop until this is done. I hope I am not out of line to ask this as I am not a moderator but a concerned sponsor.

Thanks

J
