Oshmann's was pretty good for a BigBox in both fishing and hunting/firearms years ago---sold out to 'sports authority' and the 'dance of death' began, IMO. Used to have a decent selection of wheelguns, S&W's, Glocks, Berettas and Rugers; carried Citori's, Beretta and RedLabel O/U's, 1187's and Browning Gold's; some of the last wood/blued Win.M70's, Tikka's; Now they're vying for the BigLots of the SportingWorld, except BigLots also carries furniture :lol:
Ammo---Yep, 20% off what's left; just there this week, they have no handgun ammo at all except .22LR(no bricks, 50 rnd. boxes only); no game load shotshells, just Win. AA target/clays loads in 12ga; lots of win. supreme turkey shells; have win. steel and Drylocks for the duckies; didn't see anything in 20g except slugs, no 28ga. at all; no buckshot at all;
Plenty of Win. silver box powerpoints in basic .308/30-06/30-30/ some .338 and plenty of .300WM and WSM and Supreme BT's; no .270win., no .243 or .223.
No guns, no safes, a few cheap scopes, mostly clearance athletic clothes and shoes. RIP Sports Authority :roll:
