Here is the bear my brother in law shot Friday afternoon north of Juneau.

i was checking out that good looking dog more than the bear!!!!

Yeah that dog has been in Alaska since it was 6 weeks old. I dont know how she is going to handle it when they move back down here after the first of the year.

Good size bear from the looks of it. Did he get a weight?

No they didn't get a weight on it. But I think he said it was just over 5' from nose to tail
