If you were in the down-state area, I would recommend Dale at Eastcoast Guns...He has built some cool ones...

But, I see you are looking for upstate help...so...sorry. Can't be of much help.

I just traded for an pretty cool AK...I traded for a Maadi, and we shot it at Shootzenfest...It is real cool..
