After 1 year, my Colt is coming home

After almost 1 year I am picking up my Colt Commander from Mike tomorrow after work. I cant wait to get some trigger time with it. Im so excited Im not going to be able to sleep tonight

Dropped it off April 14th of last year. It started life as a basic Colt 1991 Commander.

What's with the frame being cut under the rear of the slide?

Just something to separate the slide from the frame; Ive been doing it on the last 4-5 builds so its probably a signature thing.
