Can the thick washer I removed with the flash hider be reused on another barrel?

If you're talking about a crush washer, it can be re-used if there's enough crush left to get the flash hider clocked to where you want it.

I guess it's the crush washer. It is a bit concave. I'm tinkering with mine, and saving parts for dad's build, like the FSB, flash hider, charging handle, and carry handle. Which brings another question, can the FSB taper pins be reused?
