I know how easy it can be to this, once I got home cleaned a 870 and put it away the next day I pulled it out for play time and there was a shiny end of a loaded shell in the mag I dont know how I missed it and how it didnt get chucked out from the mag when I pulled it to bits, but there you go and you can be sure Im pretty good at checking them now.
