Any democrat signs a progun bill is not a Dumbocrat. They are doing the right thing against the will of the other dumbocrats. If I live in NC I would of sent an email of support for their vote. If and when more democrats get common sense is when we will defeat gun banning type laws. Democrats own guns too and are often I think the victim of crime than are republicans. I am an independent registered as republican so I can vote in the republican primaries of my republican area.

Anyone that allows me and other americans to own and carry guns is OK relative to that specific issue. Most democrats and republicans are just different flavors of what Eisenhower called the military industrial complex or what you might call the deep state.
If you vote for what I want, I will support that vote and yet still condemn you for your evil votes that do not support what I want.
The best that one can expect from any government is that I only want a little bit of land and the guns to defend it, what is mine that is on it, and me.
I know it may seem that I'm speaking out of both sides of my mouth (ala uniparty) But as long as these clowns vote the right way for once, I'm ok with it. I have absolutely NO confidence in either side, I think anything they do is nothing more than a show, and a bid to get reelected so they can have the power and the money. I wish that we could get term limits, and if the aholes don't represent us as we deserve to be, they should be recalled. Unfortunately, our country overall has become complacent, and lazy. Status quo is fine with most folks. I know I am not the only one here who is sick of it all.

I believe that our entire political system is totally corrupt. we (supposedly) elect these clowns to work for us. What happens? they say screw you, and do whatever they choose to do. They don't give a flamin' monkeys butt about their so called constituents, till it's time for reelection. They all are in it for $$$ fame and glory that's it. I agree with Mike these rights are given us by the creator of the universe, and everything in it. We are to blame for much of what garbage befalls us, because we make lousy choices. Including who we again, supposedly elect to office. If they cared at all about what befalls us, they'd do the job they were chosen to do, and they would not stay in office for a lifetime. I am currently reading George Orwell's book 1984, and the parallels are astounding. Sorry for rambling on so badly, but I agree these rights are God given, and man has no business taking them from us, and the occasional victory for our side is done with nothing more than an eye on reelection down the line. I guess my question would be we've messed it up, how do we get back on the right track again? I'm not being cynical, just fed up with all the crap, and I'm looking for an honest answer, or answers.

Oklahoma, where I live, (the reddest of the red states) had some issues with the first vote for Constitutional carry with some RINO's that spouted their support for the 2A, yet voted against it.
Meanwhile another election happened and those four lost their seats to some real supporters of the 2A.
It was voted in the following election cycle with minimal opposition.
