9mm POA/POI shift with bullet weight differences

Has anyone noticed significant shifts with different weights? If so what were they?

I haven't tried different weights, but going from extreme 124 bullets to Berrys 124, there was about a 1.5" shift of poi at 7 yards from my M&P

I have fixed sights in my M&P Pro and it breaks my heart I can't find one last set of adjustable Dawsons. Mine shoots 6-8" low at 25 yards with 115s and 124 plated respectively. Several have suggested moving from the 124 grain bullet to a 147 as the POI should be higher. Any thoughts on that?

Dawson will sell you a front sight post to correct vertical poi.

Joe, you rock man. Ignorant me just always used adjustable rear. I just checked their website and noticed they offered various heights. I have no idea why my closed mind never offered the idea up to see if Dawson had another height front.

Dawson used to straight up make whatever height front sight you wanted.
