Not trying to shill or anything, but with 9mm ammo being so hard to find I thought I'd let everyone know that Terry's Gun and Pawn in Guthrie is due to get a "large" shipment of ammo, including 9mm on Thursday afternoon (might be Friday) if someone still needs rounds for Saturday.

I bought their last 3 boxes earlier in the week from about $19 for 50. I'd guess they'll be in that range unless their suppliers jacked up the prices. They're not much for gouging.

He said delivery is usually around noon if you want to call ahead.

That seems a bit high depending on what it is. I picked up six boxes of Federal 115gr 9mm at Walmart last week for $19 for 100, and last time I was at Tin Star they had PMC for $12.50 for 50.

But I guess if it's all you can find then.......

This was Winchester 124 I think. I'm at work and can't check right now. It was about the same as I always see it being sold for around town. I bought the last three box available in town for the match this Saturday so I didn't get to price shop. :)

Just looked at my bank and I paid $57 for 150 rounds including tax. It was the Winchester white box for sure, just don't remember the grain.

And which Walmart did you buy from? The Guthrie Walmart has been out of 9mm with no eta on restocks for a couple weeks.

I got it at the Wallmart in Weatherford. They got some in last Friday night. Not a lot but enough that I'm ok for now. A friend of mine asked them today when they will get some more and was told that that they have no idea as their warehouse is totally out at this time.

If it was the 124 I can see it being a bit more expensive, it seems like that stuff is more expensive everywhere. I picked up the last box of RWS 124gr Wallyworld had a couple of weeks ago and it was $15 for 50.

I usually buy the 115, but it was all I could find and needed it, so I spent the extra money.

Actually, I usually buy the cheap blazer for like $11 a box and have never had any issues.

I'll be glad when all this bs is over so I can buy ammo when I want it and ar's aren't twice what they're worth.

So you have any problems with tul? I've shot several hundred with no problems, but it jams like crazy it my dads little keltec.

I haven't had any trouble at all with the 9mm in my Ruger P95DC or the 100 rnds I've run through my new G34. However my Taurus 738 TPC doesn't like their .380 at all. I have to single feed it and even then the slide doesn't always go fully closed.

Guess it's just one of those things. I used a ton of their .40 in my sig 226 and 9mm in my Glock 26 without a single hiccup.

Out of the 50 my dad tried he had several that stove pipped or wouldn't battery. I think the only time his gun gets cleaned is when he has it tucked in his waistband and sweats on it. That might have something to do with it though... Lol

I stopped by Guthrie Walmart tonight and it was bone dry. Apparently they must be planning in banning 7mm and 30-06 and .17 HMR too. WTF is wrong with people?

They've been like that for awhile. They still have a lot of .40 and .45, but forget about anything else.

I had the guy check inventory in other stores and he said there wasn't 9mm in 150 miles.

I just can't believe people are panicking so much over this bs.

They didn't have any .40 except a few boxes of high dollar self defense ammo. I think the .45 is gone now too. I bought the last box of .380 so I could at least shoot my new LCP once before it gets carried daily.

Wow, when I was in there over the weekend they still had tons of .40 and .45. Started to regret selling my .40 for a minute... heh

UPDATE: Academy on 240 has some monarch 9mm . At least I'm set for pistol. I may have a lead on some 223

I saw some 223 at Terry's Gun and Pawn and I think Patriot Industries a couple days ago when I was out looking for more 9mm. If you'd rather pick up some factory you might give them a call and see if they still got it.
