It used to be A LOT cheaper until some restriction prevented it from being imported anymore.

We use to get Russian and Turkish very cheap

Just cut down the 223 brass. Once you get rolling you can do a TON.

And as far as cost of 300BLK for plinking rounds it can be cheap when reloaded. I am figuring around 15 to 20 cents per round using plated 150grn 308 bullets, using the high end stuff on the shelves that usually come in 50 or 100 bullet quantities it is a lot higher.
