6.5 Grendel

My rem 700 308 20" left to fund my 6.5 CM.
When barrels become available again I will definitely pick up 6.5 Grendel for the AR, I just need to decide on barrel length & contour.

I am glad to hear you are happy with the 6.5 Grendel it is a great caliber for the Ar 15 platform IMO

I still cant have one yet if you guys think buying AR stuff is impossable you want to try exporting it its not going to happen there was one here a while back for 3K I want one but not that badly

65grendel.com is a great site with a wealth of information if your wanting to build one, reloading, including fireforming your own brass, etc. The website was attacked a couple years ago and was down for several months before they got it going again. They lost a lot of stuff forever but rebuilding it. My first AR build was a Grendel.

Well no closer to a grendal but did buy 6.5X47 Lapua, built on a Remington 700 pick it up tomorrow I wasnt going to buy it but at the price I couldn't pass it up

6.5 Grendel Rocks. The forum speaks for itself. There isn't a 6.8 forum or any others by caliber. Great round and available everywhere. I have the 24" on my Loki and smooth shooting. Dead accurate and now everyone on the forum is talking about the 18" and 20" being just fine at 600 yards.

Just ordered another 6.5 Grendel Barrel to build a "Woods Hunter". Barrel and Bolts at Lother Walther for $470. The rest will only cost you a few hundred so Grendel for under a grand to go on your lower. I'm going with the 18" and have my bench 24 that is tits on. Low Recoil and deadly accurate.
