.45 acp AR uppers?

Anyone got any experience with a .45 AR upper?
Are they reliable?
Any feed issues?
Any experience using a suppressor with them?

I haven't heard anything negative about them, I actually considered picking one up. Seems to me Andy knew someone that was getting or had one, I think it was Neil.
