40 s&w loads for 3 gun

Looking for load info on 40 s&w that will be used in 3 gun.
I have lots of 231 but need bullet recommendations, o.a.l. and velocity's.
Pistol is a m&p.

I don't load 231, but I use 180 grain lead flat point with 1.1605 OAL.
If you don't already, take your barrel out, and chamber check your round to make sure it fits your chamber.

I looked for one of my cards for when I was loading .40 for my M&P, sorry, couldn't find one.

Here it is from memory, don't rely on it:

180gr Bayou
4.5gr N320
Winchester SP
1.135 OAL
I think it came to 165.0 PF at 2011 Area 4 USPSA.
