Definitely not the same, but it won't be bad...just different.
We will probably be shooting that big Ipsc target at 100 yards from various positions through my VTAC wall. It won't require a bunch of adjustment cause that target is huge but it would be a whole lot easier on you to go shoot a few rounds on paper with your rifle on it's side.
Bring knee and elbow pads A's well.

Curious, if you are zeroed at 100, and if you are on target at 100 yards with rifle at normal or vertical position, then if you rotate clock wise 90 degrees, I think that would be 3 o'clock, and put your cross-hairs in the center of the target, where are you going to hit?

When your rifle is upright your sights are looking straight at the target and your bore axis is pointed upwards to account for gravity acting on your bullet as soon as it leaves the barrel. So when you rotate the gun with the magazine pointing to the right you still look straight at the target through your sights but now your bore axis is pointing to the left or away from your magazine rather than upwards. Gravity doesnt care where your bore axis is pointed so it still pulls that bullet down A's soon A's it leaves the barrel. So even the rifle is sideways you have to aim high and away from the way your barrel is pointing or high and towards your magazine.

It's a physics thing! think of it like a long skinny triangle, the center of the bore is one point, the crosshairs another point and the POI the 3rd point, in a perfect world it SHOULD be the same BUT when a person is holding the rifle and it's being rotated things tend to change a touch most of the time I find I'm either right or left of where I thought the bullet should have gone but at 100 yards it's not too bad just don't get upset if ol' reliable doesn't punch X rings.
That's why scope levels and having the crosshairs level on long range stuff is important, a little cant at 100, 200, 300 ain't too bad but it really gets nasty past 600 yards.
In a nutshell don't worry too much about it but it's something to practice and find out for yourself how your going to react and where your going to hit. I could be totally wrong but this is what I have found to happen to ME when canting the rifle, it could be totally different for you. Take what I say for what it's worth it's just an observation of how me and my rifle act. Later,

It gets pretty sporty at 300. Lots of hold over/off. It's tough to shoot the sane spot twice for me.

Here will be our only stage with all 3 guns. Nothing is to scale and it may look a bit different.
Procedure: Starting in Box A with loaded rifle at low ready, handgun loaded and holstered, shotgun loaded bolt forward chamber empty on table. On start signal engage T1-T5 with rifle. Place UNLOADED rifle in barrel. Proceed through door and engage T6-T10, PP1-3, and P1-6 with pistol. Abandon handgun (on safe) on table, retrieve shotgun and engage PP4-5 and CB1-7.
10 rifle, 19 handgun, 9 birdshot.
