If you're a cop MP you can call cops whatever the hell you want cause you're a cop. So it's like calling yourself a name. At least that's the joke I'm hearing.
 
I was joking, for the most part. I kept it going on the cop thing because that was something Jeff pulled from the entire "Garcia" post. I'm really not interested in a pissing contest, because my swollen prostate has reduced my stream to six or seven dribbles throughout the night. Man, I can remember really getting some distance when I was a kid peeing outside. SQUIRREL!!!

Anyway, I know the common answer is "They're all pros, they all have a shot", but the process to get to the shootoff is different than a heads-up shootoff. Are there any guys in that 32 that are great match shooters but probably won't do well in the man-on-man format?

I agree. I hate the drama elephant dung that reality tv puts out there. I don't care if its shooting or whatever.

It gets like professional wrassling.

Next thing you know there will be hot chicks in bikini's between stages holding up boards with the shooters score.

Wait a minute!! I approve that aspect of the new format!!!
 
I agree with the no-reality crap. I'm already kinda dreading the Shootout Lane show with Miculek, though I don't think that series will exactly go the way of My Kardashian Gypsy Fat Kid's Teen Mom Intervention route. I hope to God 3GN stays with its current format. I do enjoy the look into the lives of the shooters, but I would prefer to see more of a training regimen focus than a personal lives focus. I'm sure everyone's wife is uber supportive and the kids are precious and all, but I watch the show to see the skills of the shooters and I'd love to see some of the training that keeps those skills up.

I watch every gun show on TV. Seriously I DVR and watch all of them. It's terrible! There is zero entertainment on gun TV. The shows now are full either nerdy gun writers turned TV hosts or EX heros turned tough guy instructors with a growly voice. It's painful!

Top shot, red jacket and that other one with the guy pimping out his 16 year old daughter and wife with the fake rack up in CO where actually moderately entertaining and contained guns. They were all great for the 2A.

Watch Jerry's YouTube. It's gun entertainment gold yet still a little too "safe" for me. Mat Best is my kinda gun entertainment!

There won't be reality drama from cast members hating each other after living locked in a house together for 16 weeks on 3GN. There will be reality drama from guys not performing and getting sent home just like next weekends shoot off.

To help build the drama viewers need to relate to competitors. So I was told all competitors will get more air time. So viewers can find their favorites or like David here their unfavorites like Keith. So when your guy gets beat and goes home you're sad and when you're guy wins your happy. Either way you tune in to see cool shooting with consequences. That's how you get guys unlike those of us who love guns and any gun show to sit and watch a show every week even though they may never actually shoot a match or even own a gun.
It's gonna be cool as long as I don't screw the pooch and go home early.

Wait until next season. The show is going more the route if reality TV eliminations and will be introducing the audience to the competitors much more do you can pick those of us you love and those you love to hate. I'm excited! It should be a much more entertaining product for y'all.

Oh, Jesse's wife. I saw the episode, just didn't pay much attention to her. As for a reality-type show, there will always be drama. The editors will see to it. Matt Best has the best channel on You Tube. It pisses me off that he does so few of them. It also pisses me off that so many people posted comments bitching about him and the blonde girl breaking up, but so few comments when his buddy died.

Top Shot was one of the best shows so far because of the challenges they had. How many of us saw a challenge and said "I can do that elephant dung" or actually set up a challenge or two? The drama with Jake Zweig (?) and that Greg fella killed it for me. I didn't even bother watching the all stars episodes. As long as 3GN stays centered on the shooting, a little Hollywood thrown in will be just fine, but for the love of God, if someone has to shoot a stage gun and complains about the grip angle, I'm gonna throw feces at my wife.
 
You old ladies and your stories on TV.
I cannot stand reality tv, guns, boobs, anything. Cant handle 5 seconds of it. I get so pissed off that this is entertainment now. Everyone's evenings used to be using their brains reading books or catching up on their correspondence.
