3 Gun Match

Palmetto 3 Gun hosts a monthly 3 gun match at Lowcountry Preserve in Pireway, NC. We are part of the 3 Gun Nation Club Series. Our August match will be held on the 17th. We have 5-6 stages of fast paced pistol, rifle and shotgun action. Sign in starts at 8:30 With rounds downrange at 9:30. We are having a drawing for a TGS Billet Lower, 250 rounds of 223 ammo and a case of shotgun shells. If you've ever wanted to try 3 gun competition, come on out. Our matches are novice friendly, but still challenging for the experienced shooter.

Come out and shoot what you have. Its about as much fun as you can have with a firearm. Standing in one spot punching paper will seem like a chore afterwards. Lots of guys start off shooting 870's or 500's in the tactical divisions, A good pump shooter can be competitive. The most important thing is reliability and knowing how to safely handle your firearm.
Its a game, and no one starts off as an expert.

Once furlough is done raking me over the coals I want to get out and try it. Maybe late this year or after the new year. I love watching the matches on video. Just watched one on a night-time match up in Montana, really cool.
