3-gun in Stillwater OK?

I'd be in for sure. It would be REALLY awesome if you could make it on a Sunday after a home game, then I could come half lit and be all Yosimite Sam, or Pistol Pete in this case. I'll be up there for every home game anyways, might as well bring the whole arsenal.

"how far of a drive is stillwater from Southern Kansas, what weekend are you planning on having it ? "

From Wellington it's an hour to the Stillwater junction with I-35.

From that point, I don't know.

Well it will definitely be on a Sunday because of my work. We have started making targets and target stands, going to invest in good targets from LET the cardboard ones. Maybe someone can inform me. USSA 3-gun is now the third Sunday correct? So if I took the fourth Sunday that would be good?

I would like to start 3 gun but not sure what I need to do ? Like to go to a match and see what it all about first
I will be starting a match locally in Stillwater within the next month and it will be a great close match. All the guys on here are very helpful and sometimes they can be nice so ask any questions and they can help. If you would like to come by Stillwater Armory (A local gun shop in Stillwater, OK.) and say you heard about us from Boomer Shooter and ask for Matt (that is me) I can answer most of your questions and help you out any way I can. Our address is 3930 West 6th Ave, Stillwater, OK. 74074. Let me know if you are going to come by I would love to talk to a future 3-gunner! It is addicting!

Then ask all the questions you can think of right here. Don't hesitate to ask the ones you think are dumb too. We all asked the same ones or we all were afraid to ask the same ones when we started.

USSA Three Gun is still the 4th Sunday as it stands right now.

PM Brian Lambert, he's the MD, see what you guys can work out.

These are the four bays (and props in the bays) that the four stages will be in. The first bay pictured has 4 monster truck tires in it that I can move wherever and use, a big metal tube that will be used as a tunnel, and concrete tubes that will be used for props. There is a skid steer I can use to move things. The next two bays are shorter pistol bays but will make good stages. the last one shown is a 100 yard range that will be used to its fullest potential! There will be so many props used it will be a fun match once we figure out what Sunday! What do you guys think of the bays?

They are about 25yd. x 25 yd. So they will definitely be shorter quick stages but I will still make them fun and interesting. there will be movement and focusing a lot on shotgun and pistol. the outside ones will be longer more in depth stages with really cool props and different scenarios and maybe a deuce and a half and some other fun stuff! He has a lot of props so I think the bigger bays will make up for the smaller shorter stages. There might be some waiting by squads in between stages but I promise there will be cool in depth stages where I can make them. Thanks though I am always open for constructive criticism.

Some of the props we can use for the matches.

Those props look great but your going to get tired of moving them around in a hurry. If you can build some walls and get a bunch of barrels you will be much happier in the long run.

As far as using the vehicles or any of those concrete props if you put it in a match plan on it being shot.

Yea we took that into consideration and I am making bases and walls as well as using these props. There is a lot of heavy machinery that we can use to move props so I am not really worried about that. The deuce and half and any of the trucks will not be directly in the line of fire if used but we will shoot out of them and I am pretty sure he has some junk ones that he does not care about.

When are y'all going to have your first match? If you can pull one off this month on the third Sunday it would give everybody going to Kentucky a warm up.
