Sounds like you need to adjust the sizing die down closer to the shell plate. Doing this will enable the die to resize the neck properly.

I dont know when my crimp die will come in from midway. Its due back in stock the 28th. so ill be on the hunt for factory ammo.

is your sizing die touching the shellplate?

try turning in your seating die a bit, it's got a built in crimp.
Then you can back out the depth plunger to the desired OAL
