Well, here it is with the mods I got so far. +9 tube (measured barrel wrong), barrel clamp, hi vis sights, and replaced the follower. After the pics took off the lifter and that is being sent to c-rums.

Thinking only thing left for this year is a Briley choke.

how long does this take? i need my lifter welded but i don't want to be without a shotgun for a month or however long it takes.

I thought a +9 would be flush with my muzzle but it looks more like a +8 would have been better. Not that it matters too much, especially since I will just be learning the game this year.

He quoted me 1-2 two week turn around but I will live with whatever time it takes him. First local match around here probably won't be till March.

FYI: If you haven't already figured it out, cases long enough for a 12 round tube are hard to find. About the only two good choices I found are from Beretta at http://www.berettausa.com/shop-by-department/shooting-gear/soft-cases/default.aspx?F_All=Y

Left one is $90.00 and the right one is $60 (guess which one I bought)

It will hold two 30" barrel guns and a full 6 choke case in the side pocket. I stoled 2 of them earlier this year for under $30 each from another retailer.

If you google the full name of the product you will find a lot of sellers that are cheaper.

The 53" case wouldn't hold my 12 round. The gun itself is 53"

I did find it cheaper elsewhere but everyone was out of stock. i got tired of looking and ordered it from Beretta

Weird! Two of my long duck dong shotgun fit just fine. Well they are tight.

At least you won't have to worry abut anyone steeling your orange and blue gun case.

I have started to think about it but didn't realize that would be a limitation. So, thanks for that bunch of info.

With that being said do they make a case that will hold both the rifle and shotgun in one bag? I am thinking it will be easy to carry from stage to stage with one bag vs. two and the shoulder bag.

Maybe that isn't the right thought process?

They only tactical bags I've seen will hold about a 21" shotgun and that's it. When I fly to a match and I cant have all my stuff I let my shotgun mag tube stick out the end of the case. Just make sure you don't get any dirt in that hole in the end of the mag tube.
