Just curious how much brass is worth for .223 and .40 cal? I've been letting it go in the past and may be worth trading for something?

Damm!

The .40 isn't that bad, but I had no idea the .223 is that high priced.
I'D never screw somebody like that and try to sleep at night.

Damn I think I still have 1000 rounds of once fired .223 brass I bought for $110 when Obama got elected and I didn't know any better. I guess now is the time to get unscrewed on it.

and if you wanted to sell your 223 in order to buy some overpriced 308 brass or powder, would you still be screwing someone, or would you be screwing yourself?

Last batch of .223 I bought was just short of $.04 apiece. That was in bulk, it's been awhile and that was for once fired commercial off of a police range. No swaging!

the cheapest i have seen any for sale in the last 6 months was $.09/ea and that was for polished range brass. $.11/ea for polished range brass that has been deprimed and pocket swagged.
I am currently sitting on about 1500 pounds (120,000) of once fired stuff that i plan on doing somethign with and selling. I can deprime/swag/clean for about $.095/ea, or deprime/swag/size/trim/clean for about $.12/ea.
just have to find the time to fire up the equipment!
