Guess I should say what I keep loaded.....lol
I keep Hornady 40 grain TAP or Varmint (loaded to the same specs, just the TAP is crimped)I know it doesn't meet all the penetration requirements, but it is a devastating round, and hopefully is safer than others for use in my house / neighborhood.

Well its loaded in my Mini-14, not my AR, but is Federal 45grHP.
