And I would be curious how PCC would work with all the leans and ports he usually incorporates into the stages.
That's why I was disappointed in the no PCC this year. The DTC stages are always challenging and some in the past would be real tough for the PCC shooter.

But then, I always like a challenge.

Other possible reasons for the lack of participation...

1) the weather always sucks

2) bad drainage on the range

3) broken mix and match poppers

On the bright side, the prize table is always good. And I would be curious how PCC would work with all the leans and ports he usually incorporates into the stages.

The way he does his prize table always sucked imho.

I have my JP GMR-13 setup at 5lbs so I can shoot it one handed around corners like a really long open pistol.

I would agree that the administration sucks, but he does have a lot of stuff. I think pretty much everyone got their money back for the match both times I shot it.

I'm too old and slow to worry about hitting it big at the prize table. I go for the camaraderie and good stages. DTC always delivered on both.
It's a random draw event so unless you win your division you have as good a chance as anyone to hit it big.

Those stages are super fast which I enjoy the $hit out of!

Funny story, I shot SS several times because I had a good chance of winning which I did once and got a cert for an STI frame. When I sent the cert in a month or two later my FFL called and asked why I order 15 STI frames. I ended up getting to keep a couple extra for returning the ones that didn't belong to me. Honest is always the best policy no matter what your FFL recommends doing with 15 frames.

I remember that day. I said yep I would not even have kept one extra. I would of went and gave them all to AI to take care of for me. ;)
